Bright Lips...
A couple of months ago I fell in love with a photo of Gwen Stefani in a bright pink lip. I set out to find that shade and the following magalog released Pink Icing! This shade is sheer with just a swipe but by blotting and layering, you can build a nice sparkly candy pink lip. Makes me feel playful and vibrant!
